I’m Allison (AJ), and I’m glad you’re here. I fell in love with hockey later in life. When my father passed away unexpectedly during a particularly cold and gray February, an acquaintance reached out and gifted my family of three tickets to a hockey game. “To help distract,” she said.

What began as a distraction to get me through the winter turned into a personality trait. Now, I proudly support the Omaha Mavericks, our local NCHC team, and the Minnesota Wild.

Born into a family that relied heavily on sarcasm and humor, few things bring me joy like a good, clean chirp. I’m of the belief that the best chirps don’t require profanity and shouldn’t take cheap shots. They’re smart, quick, and hilariously sharp.
